Digital Media Butterfly collaborated with Iron Horse Equipment Solutions, LLC, to develop a website for their company. Iron Horse needed a website that showcased all of the services they offer. Their services include:
- Equipment and Asset Management
- Portfolio Management
- Procurement Services
- Equipment Brokering Services
- Financing Solutions
As our design team began building out the pages, our Copywriter, Elizabeth Oates, met with the Iron Horse team to discuss the written content they wanted to include in their website. Seeing that the scope of Iron Horse’s services goes far beyond Client Consultations, an additional page was added to provide clients with a comprehensive list of both sold and available inventory. The purpose of this page was to provide potential customers with an idea of the equipment available to them, as well as what they could purchase in the future.
In addition, an Equipment Inquiry form was created to allow a quick and easy communication source for website visitors to submit the equipment they are looking for. The information submitted is emailed directly to Iron Horse. The form ultimately allows individuals visiting the website to share requests for future inventory, including:
- Equipment Inquiry Sell
- Equipment Inquiry Purchase
- Project Management Inquiry
- Financial Analysis Inquiry
Our team’s final contribution to the website for Iron Horse Equipment Solutions was incorporating a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to assist in managing customer contacts and interactions. This CRM automatically stores customers’ contact information and tracks how often customers visit the Iron Horse website, among other things. The purpose of this feature is to enhance relationships between customers and the company.
The website was officially completed and launched on August 26, 2020, and can now be viewed and visited by anyone interested in learning more about the work and resources Iron Horse Equipment Solutions offers.
