Susan Quicksall, a hooked rug artist, has a business made up of selling patterns, dyed wool, and kits. Susan knew that the website wasn’t very user-friendly or welcoming and wanted to find a way to show her personality within her new website.

Kate met with Doug and worked through the existing website to decide what product changes needed to be made, and in the end, updated nearly every product Susan had, in addition to new products. Doug, Susan, and Kate agreed that it was vital for the photos to look sharp and clean on the website to show the intricate designs of the patterns. Kate made sure to keep the elements Susan loved from the existing website, such as the black and gold color scheme and embroidery elements throughout the website.

Through consistent feedback from Doug and Susan throughout the process of creating a new website, every product went through a round of price changes, image updates, and new organization. Complete with a beautiful design, a navigable platform, and a seamless ordering system, Kate did a phenomenal job at creating a website for the Quicksalls.
